These are translucent colors that most often than not appear or emerge on the top of the main body of the pearl. Overtones have a tendency to alter body color in a way or Other and adding up pearl's glow and depth as well. Nonetheless, some pearls do not have overtones.

Price of the pearl is not affected by its color. Color has its bearing in salt water pearls than of the freshwater pearls. The nearnessy of the iridescence and overtone color can make the pearl more precious or valuable. Nonetheless, like dressing up an attire, pearl as a jewel should be engaging or magnifying the attractiveness of the wearer. As a tip, selecting a right pearl should be based on what looks best for the wearer and not merely of its value.
