The day I came to the realization that I was grateful for the challenge of construction my business, was the day I discovered I could learn coaching skills. When I looked at this occasion and saw how it would help me. Not only in my company but in all areas of my life, I was so excited. Sitting back I realized this would never have happened, if I hadn't had the challenge and dissatisfaction in my network marketing business. Through this challenge it started me looking for other alternative ways to market and build my business. I felt the sheer gratitude of that challenge and hardship and could see all the doors that would be opened for me.

As a network marketer who is struggling to build a business, you are feeling the frustration, rejections, humiliation from family and being shunned by friends. You have spent large sums of money buying occasion leads, and some days the phone gets so heavy. Why should you feel grateful?

What are some of the skills you have picked up along the way? You are consistently following up prospects and leads, and doing every thing your upline as taught you. Like doing flyer drops, surveys at the mall, handing our packs to friends, family and colleagues. Doing presentations, challenging population to a live presentations. Your persistence is outstanding.

Persistence and doing something consistently are two skills you have gained -- even though you may not feel it. Having these skills are helping you in other areas of your life, for example in your recreation, hobbies, or interests.

Now what about personal development. No doubt you have read the books recommended by your company or upline. Many population propose Think and Grow Rich, one of the things this book outlines. Is development a list of 6 steps of effective activities you need to do to succeed. In fact it is nothing else but development you plan your next day, and every day. With the leading jobs being done first. If you don't desist your list, the ones you didn't get done are moved to the next day. They go to the top as priority.

This can be used not only in your network marketing business, but in other areas of your life. For example if you are still working you can utilize these steps in your current job, while construction your company part-time,

Through reading different books like Rich Dad Poor Dad, or the 7 Habits of extremely effective People, to name a couple, you would have gained insights and ideas. Not only books but Dvd's or Cd's you may have watched or listen to. Some may have just been motivating, others would have had pearls of wisdom. The knowledge gained changes your reasoning and perspective.

With personal amelioration each man gains something for them. You may have had the occasion to listen to some of the work from population like Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziggler.
